This policy applies to paid SportAnalytik event registrations made through this website. Event-specific terms shown before payment will also apply where relevant.
Duplicate or erroneous payment
If the same registration is charged more than once, please contact us with the registration number and transaction details. Once verified, an eligible duplicate charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
Failed or interrupted payment
If money appears to have been debited but the website does not confirm the registration, do not make repeated payments without checking the transaction status. Contact us with the payment reference so the transaction can be reconciled with the payment provider.
Event cancelled by organiser
If Cato Sports cancels an event and no acceptable rescheduled or alternative option is provided, affected confirmed registrations will be eligible for refund of the event registration fee paid through this website.
Parent cancellation, no-show and transfers
Final commercial rules for voluntary cancellation, no-show, batch transfer and transfer to another event must be approved by Cato Sports before live payments are enabled. The applicable rule and any cutoff period will be displayed clearly before checkout.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Actual credit time can additionally depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank or payment instrument.

Please use the Contact page and include the parent name, event, registration number and payment reference where available. Do not send card, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or OTP information.
