Event registration
Event dates, venue, eligibility, inclusions, available batches and fees are displayed on the relevant event page. A registration is treated as confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully verified and a confirmation or registration number has been issued.
Information provided
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for reviewing event-specific instructions. Registration for a child must be completed by a parent, guardian or other person authorised to provide the information and necessary consents.
Payments
Online payments are processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout. Customers must not attempt to manipulate the displayed fee, payment request, registration capacity or checkout process. A debit alone does not override a failed or unverified transaction; payment status is reconciled against trusted payment-provider records.
Event changes
Operational circumstances may require changes to batches, timing, venue or an event itself. Where a material change affects a confirmed registration, we will use the contact details supplied during registration to communicate available options.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation treatment is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on this website and any event-specific terms clearly disclosed before payment.
